Our goal is to help individuals enhance and/or improve their health through making gradual lifestyle changes in their eating habits and the way they think about food and their bodies. We hope to help normalize eating behaviors so food can be enjoyed in individual and social settings, without feelings of guilt or deprivation that can often result from years of chronic or "yo-yo" dieting.
We work toward re-establishing a positive and healthful relationship with food, and start to explore reasons behind non-hunger eating. We work with each individual to help him/her work toward their personal health goals, and use behavioral techniques to help learn and establish healthful eating habits in a non-diet approach to weight management.Please note, this is not a weight loss program.
